Refund Policy
Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policy for Page Aspen Core custody review sessions.

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to custody review sessions and related advisory services booked through Page Aspen Core Co., Ltd. It does not apply to third-party products or services we may reference during sessions.
2. Deposits
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your session date. The deposit is applied toward the total session fee stated in your scope agreement.
3. Cancellation by you
More than 7 days before the session
- Full refund of deposit
- No cancellation fee
3 to 7 days before the session
- 50% of deposit refunded
- Remaining 50% retained as a scheduling fee
Less than 3 days before the session
- Deposit is non-refundable
- Balance payment (if already made) is refunded minus the deposit
No-show
If you do not attend a scheduled session and did not provide cancellation notice, the full session fee is charged. No refund is issued.
4. Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without penalty if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. A second reschedule within the same engagement incurs a ₩50,000 administrative fee.
Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours’ notice are treated as cancellations under Section 3.
5. Cancellation by us
We may cancel a session due to adviser illness, office closure, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases:
- Full refund of all payments made, or
- Rescheduling at your preferred available date at no additional cost
6. Partial refunds after session completion
Our advisory deliverables (written reports, memos, checklists) are custom work product. Once a session has been conducted:
- No refund is available for completed sessions
- If you are dissatisfied with a written deliverable, contact us within 5 business days. We will review your concerns and, at our discretion, provide a supplementary clarification at no charge or a partial refund if the deliverable materially fails to match the scope agreement
7. Non-refundable items
The following are non-refundable once provided:
- Completed session time
- Delivered written reports and memos
- Administrative fees for rescheduling
- Travel expenses incurred for on-site sessions outside Busan (if the session proceeds)
8. Work already started
If you cancel after completing a pre-session questionnaire and we have begun preparation (more than 2 hours of adviser time), we may retain up to 25% of the total session fee regardless of the cancellation timeline.
9. Purchased materials
We do not sell hardware, metal backups, or physical materials. No product refunds apply.
10. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on your financial institution.
11. How to request a refund
Email contact@page-aspencore.click with:
- Your name and session date
- Scope agreement reference (if available)
- Reason for the refund request
We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.
