A planning session for holders setting up a first hardware wallet or migrating from one device to another.
Who this session is for
You are preparing to move assets to a hardware wallet for the first time, or you need to migrate from an older device to a current model without compromising your existing backup.
This session is planning-oriented. We help you design the setup procedure and backup strategy before you generate new keys.
What is included
- Discussion of device options suited to your situation (we remain brand-neutral)
- Step-by-step setup plan you execute yourself in private
- Backup design: number of copies, storage locations, materials, and successor instructions
- Checklist of actions to complete after the session
- One follow-up email within two weeks
What is excluded
- Hands-on device configuration during the session (you perform all key operations privately)
- Ongoing device support or firmware update reminders
Why in-person is preferred
Planning sessions benefit from being able to examine physical backup materials — metal plates, envelopes, fire safes — in a controlled office environment. Remote sessions are available for clients who cannot travel to Busan.
