Who this session is for

You hold meaningful assets in cold storage — a hardware wallet, a paper wallet, or a combination — and you want an experienced second opinion before a major life change, a relocation, or simply because your setup has grown more complex than your documentation.

This is our flagship engagement. It is designed for individuals and small family treasuries, not exchange accounts or active trading positions.

What is included

  • Pre-session questionnaire covering wallet types, backup methods, and household knowledge
  • Two-hour confidential review with a senior custody adviser
  • Walkthrough of seed phrase storage, device firmware, passphrase use, and geographic distribution of backups
  • Assessment of whether a designated successor could act on written instructions alone
  • Written findings report delivered within five business days
  • One follow-up email to clarify any point in the report

What is excluded

  • We do not recover lost seed phrases or broken hardware
  • We do not execute transactions on your behalf
  • We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice (see our Not Financial Advice page)
  • Additional sessions for complex multi-signature setups are quoted separately

How the session works

  1. Inquiry — You contact us with a brief description of your custody arrangement. We confirm fit and send the pre-session questionnaire.
  2. Preparation — You complete the questionnaire at least 48 hours before the session. No keys or seed material is ever transmitted.
  3. Review — We meet at our Busan office or connect via secure video. You describe your setup; we ask structured questions and take notes.
  4. Report — Within five business days, you receive a written summary of strengths, gaps, and recommended actions ranked by urgency.
  5. Follow-up — One email exchange is included to clarify the report. Further sessions can be booked if needed.

Preparation

Bring a general description of your wallet types and backup locations — not the actual seed phrases. If you use a hardware wallet, know the model and firmware version. If you have written instructions for a successor, bring those as well.
